I expected the Committee to either allocate funds to Mzima Phase II, so that it can traverse through all the areas of Mwatate Constituency but, to my surprise, that was not done. The allocation for recruitment of teachers will assist the entire country. That is because there is high shortage of teachers. With those few remarks, I stand to support. Thank you."
