Some of the proposals that have been given are quite good, for example, what has been proposed in terms of agriculture and transformation. We know that any country that is unable to feed its own people cannot claim to be independent. First of all, we should be able to feed ourselves. As we speak now, several parts of this country are being faced with imminent drought. There are so many households going without meals.
