I rise on a point of order because it is clear that in the budget-making process, this House is actually very much involved and we have taken almost a whole month to debate it. So, is the Member in order to say that it is the Treasury that is making the Budget as a result of being trained by the World Bank? I think he is being unfair to this House because Members of this House have put their input into this serious Budget."
