    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, the Ligale Report was annexed to the Report of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs which was tabled here. We debated and adopted the Report. So, you cannot, again, say that the Report was just tabled. If it was tabled, it means that it is awaiting adoption. However, what we are saying is that the Report was adopted together with the Report of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. Mr. Chairman, Sir, I support the amendment fully. This is because saying, ââŚthe boundaries on the first review as tabled before the National Assemblyâ gives the impression that this Report was tabled and has not been adopted, but the truth is that it was tabled together with the Report of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs which we adopted."
