    "content": "Hon. Speaker, sometimes, we also have complaints that these people are not answerable. They behave like technocrats. These positions of Cabinet Secretaries have political roots and, therefore, these people should be exposed to political problems facing this country. We cannot leave political solutions to Members of Parliament and at the same time the Executive, that is, the President and his deputy. These people are also supposed to be carrying that political responsibility because even the process of appointing them is political. This is the time we can make them answerable."
