    "content": "I support the hon. Member who said that maybe we made a mistake by adopting a presidential system of government. If you look at the responsibilities that we have, sometimes we need Cabinet Secretaries in Parliament so that they can understand the plight of our people. When we talk about vetting, it is only the President and Members of Parliament who vet these people. Members of Parliament are vetted at the grassroots by the people who elect them. These people are the cream of the society having been picked from so many others. If we can give them an opportunity to represent issues of the Executive, then we can clearly say that they can also represent the political side of the Government."
