    "content": " Mr. Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT the proposed amendment be further amended by inserting a new sub- paragraph 6(a) in Paragraph 3 immediately after sub-paragraph 6 reading as follows:- “Where the National Assembly fails to make a resolution within the period specified in Sub-paragraph 5, the Commission shall proceed to publish the preliminary report in accordance with Sub-paragraph 5.”"
