    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I did not want to interrupt the rendition and the very well delivered message by my friend, Sen. Boy Juma Boy, whom I think should now be referred to as “Sen. Man Juma Man”. Is it in order for him to mislead the House that the money that goes to education is actually allocated through counties when the truth is that all the money to education is allocated through the national Government except the ECD? It is important to know that primary and secondary education, which he has used as an example for the few entries to university, is financed through the national Government function, constitutionally."
