    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I also rise to support the Report of the Committee. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the coastal region has faced a lot of challenges. One of the challenges is the issue of parents embracing education. Some parents have always felt that because of poverty, they would rather leave their children to provide cheap labour and earn some little money for their living. That is the challenge that we face today. In the same region, we appreciate that, indeed, the leaders have also come out to really question why the Government has marginalized them in some of the issues that they face."
