    "content": "With regard to the status of facilities under the Economic Stimulus Programme; as at the end of the Financial Year, 2012/2013, 129 Economic Stimulus Facilities have been completed. This represents about 65 per cent of the completion of the targeted sites countrywide. The rest of the sites are in progress and none had stalled as at that time.
