    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to say that the kind of information that I have in terms of response is not adequate. On the other hand, I need to get responses from the county governments, which I think is not right. So, in my view, if the Ministry of Health cannot have information--- It is indicated they are not aware of certain things and they are happening in certain counties. That is not a good response and it is not satisfactory."
