    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move the following Procedural Motion on limitation of debate. THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.97, this House resolves that debate on the Bills appearing under Order Nos.8, 10 and 11be limited as follows: A maximum of one hour and thirty minutes with five minutes for each Member and ten minutes for the Leaders of Majority and Minority parties and fifteen minutes for the Mover in moving and five minutes in replying."
