    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I appreciate with all my heart and soul what the Eleventh Parliament has been able to do in terms of preparation and drafting Private Members’ Bills. We have noticed that we have been able to deal with a number of them and yet, so many others are still pending. That is why today we are seeking to limit the time, so that we can deal with the issues that are before the House, and not forgetting the seriousness with which Members are taking the law-making role under Article 95(3) of the Constitution."
