    "content": " Much as you make a lot of sense, I think those are sentiments that should go to the House of Business Committee. It will make better sense. Secondly, on the issue of hon. Sang’s Bill No. 40 and hon. John Mbadi’s Bill No. 38, the sense that came out of it is the fact that hon. Mbadi had the VAT Bill. I am informed that the House Business Committee thought that another hon. Member should be given an opportunity. It really makes perfect sense. The one which I have a lot of sympathy with is that of hon. Millie’s case. For the rest, I think it is perfect for the House Business Committee to make sure that many hon. Members as possible participate in the enactment of laws in this House."
