"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am a beneficiary of discrimination. I urge the House to correct and give Mbadi precedence over me. I am willing to wait but people must be treated fairly. Even my Bills which are outside and have not reached the House, I finished them way back in 2013. They are not even appearing as Bill No. 180 in 2014. I need to be treated fairly! Please, give me your indulgence. You will notice with time that there are very few hon. Members who sit when we do House business. Let those hon. Members who take House business seriously not feel frustrated. That is because you will remain with an empty House very soon."
