    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, on behalf of the Departmental Committee on Health, I want to thank everybody who participated in this Bill. We went through various stages, we held meetings with stakeholders and we were able to interrogate the Bill. We were also able to look at this Bill to ensure that it is not in conflict with the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Act and also the Universities Act, so that at the end of the day, we are able to deliver quality services."
