    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, thank you for this opportunity. I wish, from the outset, to support this Bill and congratulate Hon. Sang. This is a very progressive Bill. Very fundamental issues come out, that the establishment of the Physiotherapy Council of Kenya will ensure that the three issues; training, registration and practice are anchored in this Bill. The necessity for training cannot be overemphasized. If you look at Section 4 of this Bill, it provides for continuous professional training which is important for physiotherapists for the simple reason that it will enable them cope and face new challenges.
