"content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the chance to contribute on this Bill. On the outset, I want to congratulate hon. Sang, alias Panadol for bringing this Bill to the House. It is the most critical time for us to discuss physiotherapy. My colleagues, especially those who are learned in medical science have spoken about it. I want to agree with them partly that physiotherapy is a science, but I also want to say physiotherapy is also an art. It is an art and science that we require today as we advance as a human race. I want to say that physiotherapy has been proven to do-- -"
