    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. There is a matter that is bothering the Chair of Education Committee and I am sure it is bothering all other Chairs of Committees. The Cabinet Secretaries may delay or refuse to co-operate for some reason and the Chair would be roasted roasted for not doing his job, and the Committee would be embarrassed here as the country watches. There must be a way in which the House can assist Committee Chairs in case of a Cabinet Secretary who ignores or refuses to co-operate for unspecified reason so that we can come back here and say that we have tried everything that we could do as a Committee. Can you now help us so that we can find a way in which to deal with it?"
