    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I just want to set the record clear and without any prejudice. While discharging my duties as the Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee, I approached this House in the last Parliament and we lost the vote. I did not clear anybody and so to give the impression that I cleared the perpetrators in the corrupt deals of maize is to assume that I was part of that group of parliamentarians that eventually defeated my Motion."
