It is evident that we do not have the numbers for purposes of voting for this Bill, so, I request that you use your discretion under Standing Order No.54 (3) so that the question be put the day following today; and in which case, you can nominate a specific time when voting will take place so that the different whips can mobilize Members so that we have adequate numbers to carry on with the voting."
