    "content": " Thank you, Sen. Khalwale. I can see the Senate Minority Leader is scared away from a discussion he has been having with Senate Majority Leader. There was a ruling from the Chair, in the past, that it does not matter which side a Member sits. The sitting arrangement is not confined to a Member sitting in a particular area. I have been notified that business under Orders No.14 and 15 are also deferred until a day and time that will be decided by the Rules and Business Committee."
