"content": "Hon. Speaker, yes, this matter came up in the House Business Committee and I have scheduled a meeting with the Cabinet Secretary. I will also inform the Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade to look into the issue. However, before that as we agreed, the Cabinet Secretary will be available to answer this question among the other issues that we discussed in the House Business Committee last night. He will also deal with the administrative cost of that Fund, who will be the Uwezo Fund members in the constituency, how they will operate and their expenditure. In a week’s time, all these matters will be brought to the House."
