Members, when you ask whether the Government has allocated funds to tarmack a certain road, I think we are just about to put the Question to the Report from the Budget and Appropriations Committee. All you need to do is to look at that Report and see whether there are any funds allocated for that road. That information is just like asking the Chairman what the law states regarding people who drive under the influence of alcohol. I am sure some senator will tell you what the law provides.
