    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the last time I was on the Floor I was actually almost winding up. I was supporting the issue where the Mover has proposed that a Committee of the House possesses the powers of a High Court. My biggest worry was that we always assume that the Constitution and the Standing Orders give us the same powers as those of the High Court. In the real sense, how to exercise those powers is what is not purely specified in that Article of the Constitution. This Motion is timely because we are now going to have a real discussion on how this House can be vested with those same powers of the High Court.
