This is a chance that we know as our rules that they are not going to delegate. They are not going to send the Principal Secretaries or an officer from the Ministry to come and represent them in this House. They are going to be there in person and give responses that will be held accountable. Because of the issue of having records in this House, these are issues that can be followed even later on and found out whether the answers that were given were up to the required standards.
