Nations right now are gearing up for wars that are not conventional or, if you like, you can call them kinetic wars using cyber space and that is why I am recommending that this Government must have an institution such as an Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) Authority to be in charge of all the data packets that come into the country or leave this country.
