Most of these cases involve murder, forced circumcision, heavy bleeding and many others. Why should someone be jailed for four days or even six months? Why should it take so long to conclude these cases, and why should there be a presidential pardon? That is why you recently saw women in Kajiado had the courage to demonstrate against the Government and demand the lifting a ban; the Government is not serious about this matter.
