It should be the Chair, and in the absence of the Chair, the Deputy Chair. In their absence, then they can delegate to anybody else. I am certain that hon. Munuve is equal to the task. These are signs of things to come. I believe it is an indication that hon. Munuve is willing to serve in the ruling coalition."
