Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 3 of the Bill be amended- (a) in the proposed section 2B by inserting a new paragraph immediately after (g) as follows- (h) to advice county governments on the purchase of fertilizers; (b) in the proposed Section 2C by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (d)- (dd) two persons of either gender representing county governments competitively and transparently appointed by the Council of County Governors established under the Intergovernmental Relations Act, 2012."
