    "content": "Rift, either in West Pokot or Trans Nzoia - those are areas where we know there is land and can feed this country, and put up those fertilizer factories. Therefore, it is up to the Government to come up with a proper location, so that they can establish that factory as soon as we get an investor. I am hoping and encouraging my fellow Kenyans to come up and invest in this, so that we can save on foreign exchange. Of course, we will spend so much money on this very important item, of foreign reserves, while importing. So, we only have to import some ingredients to come up with fertilizers in our country.
