So, what I am saying is that this Bill brings into effect the eligibility of children below the age of 18 and also for kids who are below the age of 24 and attending college. They can be able to benefit from the monies. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, but if you look at the same Article under Section 2 of this Bill about the retired Deputy Prime Minister it says:- “Means a person who, having held the position of the Deputy Prime Minister, has ceased to hold the office as such in the manner specified in this Constitution.” Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, you will have people who might have held those positions like the current President.
