I think the entire nation is watching; you have helped a lot of people to follow the proceedings today. Hon. Members, this is all we had for this Bill. We have debated it for 70 minutes that was allocated to it. I, therefore, call upon the Mover to reply. I know that hon. Members for Kaloleni, Matayos, Ainamoi, Ugenya and many others want to speak. However, you know that the Standing Orders only give me so much time to get this done.
