    "content": "I may need to move amendments later to provide for expenses for transition. When someone is planning to leave office, how do you handle it, so that he knows what to expect and not pension only? When you are leaving office, there are so many things that go with it that we may need to include in this Bill, even for the Prime Minister, the Deputy President and the Speakers. I am also not amused by the fact that this particular Bill excludes a number of former officers like former Speakers and Vice-Presidents. We need to include everybody else in this."
