Temporary Deputy Speaker, as I was going round to try and find out why the idea of using sign language is not well received, I gathered information to the effect that the television screen may not look very nice. I heard that this may obstruct news anchors. The reason is not convincing considering the human rights issue. Therefore, I am begging hon. Members to support this amendment. It is a very short amendment and if it is done people will get information."
