    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am very grateful to the request that has been made to the House and the Speaker by the Senate Majority Leader. I had also made a similar request which is entirely in the same terms as articulated by the Senate Majority Leader. That request is in compliance with Standing Order No.33(1) and 33(2). In the circumstances, I wish to seek your direction, not that I want to be seen to be compromising the Motion that my learned friend is going to move, but just for purposes of completeness and record. I wonder if you could give some direction on this matter since you are seized of two Motions calling for the same debate by the House."
