"content": "is no insecurity in the manner that the Government has been saying, that, in fact, you have some secret information. Mr. Speaker, Sir, listen to this; three statements given by the leaders in a public rally that I want to quote:- “Come, Saba Saba, it is better to die than to live in slavery” “Come, Saba Saba, the donkey will put down the burden” “Come that day, we are going to shave bila maji and you better see what is happening in neighbouring countries”. What is happening in the neighbouring countries? We know what has happened in the neighbouring countries. It is in South Sudan in the few months that a Member of the Minority side asked people to take up guns and fight. If somebody tells you in this country, “Come, Saba Saba, you have to see what is happening to your friends across the border and be ready because it is going to happen to you”, there is sufficient incitement in this country by the Leaders of the Opposition in the last few weeks that warrants the Government to take action. If the Government takes action, we do not want you to say that it is being politicized. The same people who are here should not say that it is being politicized. You cannot have your cake and eat. You cannot say you are not causing insecurity. The least you have done is to divert the attention of the Government in the past two weeks from strategizing on security into trying to understand what you guys are trying to do by asking Kenyans to come in their millions and cause chaos in Nairobi."
