Before I allow the Senate Minority Leader to make his point of order, let me make it absolutely clear that this Motion is about the killings in Mpeketoni and the subsequent ones. I ruled the Senate Majority Leader out of order when he decided to make this matter political. I think I was very clear. The Senate Majority Leader has spoken. The House appreciates your tone because you are capable of other things too. I just want to make this very clear so that whatever you pursue is based on that understanding. You made your submission which the House appreciated. I will not allow any other assertions of people communicating from the Floor to the person who is speaking. This is not a rally. This House has rules. Our business must be conducted according to the rules. It is my job to ensure that the rules are followed to the letter."
