    "content": "Mandera, Wajir and Garissa? The other day when a device exploded at the airport, the Inspector General of Police said that it was a bulb that fell into a dustbin. For how long will this country be in the state of denial? Please, let us stop apportioning blame on political activities because they have always been there. As much as some utterances may not be conducive to the situation prevailing in this country, we cannot say that it is CORD that caused this thing. It is not CORD that caused Westgate. So, let us do what Kenyans do best. Whenever we have had incidences of this nature, Kenyans have come together in unity. Incidences like these unite a nation and Kenya has always done so. Why is today an exception? Let us unite and face the problem that we have. Where were our policemen when these people came and went round the villages killing people? Where were our intelligence people? An efficient intelligence unit would have known this in advance; these people would have come; they would have been ambushed and killed. These people have killed so many Kenyans, but how many of them were killed? None! Mr. Speaker, Sir, people have blamed the British and the Americans for the actions they have taken. They are only doing that to protect their citizens. Are we getting intelligence from China or Britain? Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish I could have been given more time; I beg to support."
