    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to agree with you. The letter says:- “Request for information from the National Gender and Equality Commission (NGEC). Secondly, also request the Public Service Commission (PSC) to provide---” There was a bit of delay there because we were chasing the wrong horses; the Commission itself and the PSC. It is only later we learnt that information should come from the office of the Attorney-General who submits the list to the President for signature. I agree there was a delay, but it is because of that confusion."
