We know that it is sensitive, but I think that Nairobi is a unique city and we have to modernize and make it the city that we want it to become. Therefore, we must go towards the direction that has been taken by other countries. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with those many remarks, I beg to move this Motion and, in the spirit of working together across parties, which is important at an hour like this one in our nation, ask in a very rare move, the Senator for Homa Bay County, Sen.
