    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also join my colleagues in sending my heartfelt condolences to the family of our departed friend and father Gen. Mulinge. I knew him personally. He loved this country and he was a selfless man. He always put the country first. His story will tell itself because he saved this country. He did not put himself first. He averted two attempted coups because he was not greedy. I only wish others can emulate such good character of the general that we have lost. He also molded the army to the status that we are proud of today. That is why our Kenya Defence Force (KDF) is excelling in Somalia. So, his hand is there. We do appreciate all the good things that he did. I do remember very well that his friend, the second President of Kenya, would say all the time that Gen. Mulinge is a very good man. Indeed, we have lost a very good man and may God rest his soul in eternal peace."
