"content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I just want to conclude by saying that we need to see the change in terms of the new dispensation so that the people of Kenya agree that there are some changes which are being tried out, because we can try and we do not get anywhere. We have to show the whole world that we are concerned with insecurity in this country. We are talking of people saying that there is no work in Coast Province. If this persists, then forget Coast Province. You will not find yourself in these Chambers. We are talking about Coast Province or Mandera, for that matter; but if insecurity persists and given the wave it is taking, I am sorry to submit that we are in big problems.
