    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for the last 50 years, we have talked about insecurity, the police, its leadership and so on but in the last 30 years, we realize that things have really changed. It is time that, as leaders, we need to look at the country and relook at the force itself. As much as we talk about the top leadership and saying that they are not doing their work, we also need to ask whether the reforms are transforming the force or are we retrogressing in the same. You will find that there is a lot of competition within and the police officers are demoralized due to the poor welfare.
