    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Chairperson gave an elaborate Statement. In the rest of the world, the waterways are used as transport, not just in the sea, but even in the rivers and lakes. We have similar lakes and rivers which can actually be used. What is the Ministry doing in terms of putting up jetties in some of those lakes, like Lake Turkana and many other inlets in the Coast in particular, to encourage utilization of these waterways for transport? I remember that the last Tsunami did affect as far as Malindi. What is the Ministry doing to address concerns that are being raised; that places like Mombasa, in the next few decades, might actually sink?"
