    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, nevertheless, there are other communities like the El Molo. I was looking at the record today and I noticed from the figures which have been given, in the county of Marsabit, there is only one El Molo employed in the county government. These are situations that I think should be looked at. There are those absolute minorities that I would like considered and ring fenced and, perhaps, be nominated, notwithstanding the parties. With those few remarks, I want to congratulate and commend Sen. Wangari and support this Bill."
