"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 12 be amended by- (b) re-numbering the existing provision as subclause (1); (c) inserting the following new subclause immediately after the renumbered Subclause (1)â â(2) Without prejudice to subsection (1), the Commission shall take into account the recommendations of previous commissions established to inquire into the matter of remuneration in the public service.â"
