    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I appreciate that information but Sen. Murkomen is talking about tomorrow, and I am talking about yesterday and now. These certificates are being held, they are of no use to anyone; neither to the school nor to the Government. This is just denying our children opportunities. I urge that the Government builds boarding schools in arid and semi-arid areas. The Government should also move with speed and release the certificates because they will go a long way in alleviating poverty in this country. I beg to support."
