    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. First and foremost, before I proceed with my contribution, I want to thank Sen. Mohamud for the timely Motion that she brought. This Motion actually touches me so much. I come from some of the marginalized communities which suffer more. So, this would be one way of eradicating problems in Kenya. We have problems where people are marginalized. The pastoralist communities are the most marginalized. This would be one way of eliminating problems from those communities. Putting up boarding schools in every ward is a fantastic idea which can change the lives of many Kenyans. Where I come from, we have some locations where we do not even have a single school, let alone a boarding school. If we get modern boarding schools and equip them with modern facilities, the problems being faced in these areas will reduce. The Government should implement the Constitution that we voted for and implement this Motion if it is passed, so that we can ensure free and compulsory education for all in Kenya.
