    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I stand to second this Motion. For the same reasons that the Mover has said, this is fairly a straightforward Motion that we want to discuss this Bill in Order No.9 possibly in the afternoon, if the House agrees with the Motion. Just for Members to know, this is about the Appropriation Bills of the Supplementary Estimates that we resolved yesterday, and the financial year is coming to an end tomorrow, being the last Sitting Day. That is because when we come back on Tuesday, it will be the first of July and we will have started the new financial year and, therefore, we need to conclude this business of this financial year today before we reach Tuesday, which is the beginning of the next financial year."
